Your delivery is not what you ordered? Is the parcel damaged or is the product of poor quality (corked, vinegary, etc.)? You can return defective items. Please read our policy on authorised returns and the solutions we offer.

Our terms and conditions
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
In the event of a non-conforming order (wrong product sent), Bovin Winery will only take back new, unopened bottles in their original packaging (packaging and quantity).
Bovin Winery does not take back opened bottles, EXCEPT in the case of poor-quality wine. The bottle must therefore be barely consumed.
If the product is damaged (cracked or broken bottle, etc.), simply send us photo proof and we will send you another bottle of the same wine. The bottle must have been damaged during the transport.
Transport costs for the return of faulty products shall be borne by Bovin Winery via BPost. When products are returned, Bovin Winery will issue a return note.
The choice between replacement, receipt of a voucher or refund of the product is left to the discretion of the customer.
Our return process
Before returning your bottle, please contact us via our contact form to discuss the reasons for the return and the administrative procedures.
If the return is granted, simply return the bottle to us via BPost (and via BPost only). If you create the label online, please tick the “payment by recipient on delivery” box.
What's the solution?
If the wine ordered is of poor quality, you can return the product to us and choose to receive another bottle, a voucher valid for 3 months, or a refund.
If the bottles delivered do not correspond to your initial order, we will send you the correct products as soon as we receive the wrong delivery.
